RETURN POLICY

Any Goods returned by a customer to Neoress are at the sole risk and cost of the customer. The customer must bear the cost and expense of any loss of or damage to any Goods that are returned.The customer must, and undertakes to ensure, that any Goods returned are sent by registered post with an effective tracking facility, and use the labels provided by Neoress with the original Order of Goods and include the completed return form.Sale items are final sale, we do NOT issue refunds or credit notes for any discounted items.If you wish to return Goods please ensure you comply with the specific conditions set out above.

  • Initial shipping fee is non-refundable
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, stain free and returned in its original state
  • You are responsible for return shipping cost
  • Once the item has been received, a refund will be processed within 24 -48 hours
  • Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receipt. If such items are not reported immediately once received, we will not be able to process the return.
